Finally I've come on here after first reading and commenting about this on SQ 2047. So I'm here and here's what I've thought.

Ok the Seaquest saves most/all people from the Titanic so what happens next? I thought that it could be kept that everyone at the time of Titanics sinking thinks they are dead, but really they're not, as the Seaquest has brought that back to the future and improvements still can be made due to the 'deaths' on the Titanic. But Seaquest and her crew knows the real truth.

When the Titanic is rediscovered nothing out of the ordinary would be noticed due to the fact that organic substances would have been eaten by micro-organisms eg. Human remains, food sources, wood and leather productswould no longer be present.

And so where do the survivors go in the future?? Well the Seaquest relocates them to an unknown island in the South Pacific.
